Welsh Terrier was first imported to the United States in 1888. This breed is originally developed in Wales to hunt otter, Fox and Badger in their dens. This is very intelligent, friendly, energetic and outgoing make them a wonderful companion.
This probably an offshoot of the old British Black and Tan Terrier. Some of the Welsh Terrier consists of talents such as
watchdogging, agility, hunting, tracking and performing tricks.

Welsh Terrier eyes are small and dark brown with almond shaped. They look like Airedale Terrier and its head is long, flat and rectangular. Its hair color changes from dark colors to light colors depending on its age.
