Latest Review: They have a policy to have only the same vet treat animal which sounds great until you need to book a service and then that gets very restrictive in availability for timeslots. I find the Vets are great - it is the way the office is run and the staff that falls short. I had a procedure booked for my cat and each time I spoke to someone I got a different story and confllicting messages left for me. The cat is in surgery right now for a cyst removal and I just got a message from the vet about removing Teeth! I have called back twice and got put on hold and they are paging the Vet - who of course is not going to answer - and twice I told them vet is in surgery with my cat and you need to let vet know I am not paying for anything Dental - it is cyst removal on tail! So who knows what the bill is going to be when I pick him up after work!
