The entire Cat Tree is built using compressed wood for extra strength. The designers have not used any metal such as screws to put the structure together. They have used slots instead wherein you can put in the components and take out when necessary. The cat tree stands on a base that is only 24 by 22 inches. It weighs only 60lbs and hence can be carried to any place without dismantling within or near the house. Just above the base is a swing that your cat can use to relax on. It may need some training before it starts using the swing. A few inches above the swing are two platforms on both sides that serve as a point to jump into the swing as well as to go upwards on the Cat Tree.
