The entire Cat Tree stands on a base of 24 x 20 inch. This ensures that the structure is not disturbed even if the plate at the 57th inch is heavily disturbed by the cat. The entire structure is not less than any well-planned structure considering the fact that the base is only of 24 x 20 inch. To add the gravity stability, the base brings out three towers that offer the first platform at a very less height. This combined with the location of the house to one side and a heavy platform on the other side balances gravity so much so that the structure will not be disturbed no matter how much active the cat is on the tree. The house is spacious with 14 inches wide and 12 inch height and the alternate platform opposite to the house is 14 by 12 with slightly excess weight.
